As you walk into the villa, you will find a large, relaxing living room area on one side, with ample sitting space. On the other side is the dinning room with an extendable table that will accommodate 8 people. The dinning room opens up to the terrace and garden on one side, and onto the kitchen on the other.

The two downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom with bath/shower. One room has a double bed, whilst the other has two singles (these can be pushed together if required).

On the first floor of the villa is the master bedroom. The spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) is very bright, and has it own balcony.

Approx living space = 150msq

Outside is the terrace / garden area (approx 80msq) with a barbeque, seating and dining space, as well as sun loungers.

As well as the villa's private garden area, our guests can enjoy the private community's sub-tropical gardens, and the use of the attractive swimming pool.
